It was in a great location located around a lot of food options
The staff was rude, they were short with every person including myself that they checked in. My key only worked the first night even though I was staying for three nights. When I went to get it taken care of I witness a group of young ladies being talking by down to by the person checking them in. I was embarrassed for them

It was quiet.
It only had one way up and down for the stairs and elevator. So if your room is not close Then you have to walk extra if you needed to go downstairs. Also that’s a safety hazard. It should be a way up and down on each end.

Hotel is called Airport Plaza Hotel so we expected it to be closer to the airport & with the airport shuttle. We only wanted a night in LA to catch a plane in the morning. It was far, no shuttle & taxi was expensive.
