Close to outlets and shopping malls.
It’s not properly cleaned (rooms) and bathroom.
Towels stalked in the bathroom were dirty full of stains.
Bedsheets also had stains.
Poor breakfast provided, the breakfast is just plain. Not what is expected of a hotel.
No variety of food.
Hot water not hot enough to make a proper cup of tea.
No soya milk to cater for lactose intolerance.
Some staff not friendly .
Rooms cleaned every other day

Breakfast was great....a great selection of choices and the whole area was kept very clean.
Our room had great "extra" touches with an animal made out of towel and washcloth, a flower made from the tissues and a "fan" from the toilet paper....washcloths folded into "bud" shapes.
The bedding was wonderful!!!

Location was near a lot of food and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable, met our needs. The breakfast has a lot of options and plenty of seating that was easy to keep family together.
Only 1 elevator was in service, but only took awhile on Saturday morning.

Breakfast. Breakfast lady not friendly and kind to people staying at the hotel. Hot water very warm when it’s supposed to be hot for a nice cup of tea.
