Location was great
Pool area needs more umbrellas, the sun is so hot it’s unbearable. Need to post for rude people not to save chairs and umbrellas with their towels only then come back in 2 hours. Very rude!

Clean room, very good breakfast
Night time television reception was AWFUL. Signal interrupted. Unable to watch. Also, this was the 4th or 5th time we have stayed here - used to get two complimentary drinks at the pool bar each day - now reduced to two "punch" drinks for the entire stay.

It was all great. We have stayed here many times and always come back except during peak season as we cannot afford the rates during that time.
As many times as we have stayed here, there ought to be a rate plan for repeat customers who stay longer visits and come often. Further, I have written books on the Keys and this is the only hotel I recommend in those books.

Clean and we liked the bus to downtown.
At breakfast we ate outside because inside was full and the birds were walking across the tables trying to get our food and had crapped all over the tables. Yuk. Our room had a security light on outside the back balcony which kept our room lit up all night.
