Decent bed and clean , I’d stay again

Elevator was broken and we got stuck on the third floor so it was a hassle being handicapped

Room itself was fine - just not worth the hassle of rude staff and rough check in.

Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. Waited 45 mins for him to come back from his lunch break at midnight just to check in.

Very comfortable bed, decent hot breakfast, friendly staff. It met our needs comfortably and everything worked. Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Good value too.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. It was not a luxury hotel so expectations were not super high, but it exceeded our expectations.

The staff was friendly, the text communication making sure all was good during our stay was appreciated, the breakfast was very good and was different each day, and the beds were comfortable.

The tub needs to be replaced in our room. Very old, dated and in need of a face-lift.

Great comfortable beds and very low toilets. 😊

Great comfortable bed & pillows in fact better than home! Breakfast really a lot of selections and yummy. Clean rooms and comforter seemed light but weighted? Perfect. Had 3 luggage carts available when we checked in. Free parking also a plus. Had free WiFi but we didn’t use. Our room was located where it was quiet (another plus)

Toilets very very low even in lobby but they did have grab bar in lobby. I have bad knees & hip very difficult to get back up. At first I thought I was falling. Shower nozzle pretty extreme once you pull to turn shower head on you should run to the back of tub or your hair will be soaking wet. I tried adjusting it but seems frozen in that position. Maybe wd-40? They also had/have roll up blind on windows locked so you can’t pull open to see out. Would save on electric you could open during day. Weak coffee.

This is a pleasant place to stay overnight when we visit our children.

The "Blue lights" are VERY harsh. Not conducive to a warm and comfy feeling. Look terrible in the mirror for make-up application. Don't know why hotels use them. Tell corporate, too!

Do not accept Military ID.

Good breakfast

Reception male with face mask did not accept my military ID. He stated that Quality only accepts them when having orders. Luckily I had my state ID however many times I don't carry a state ID due to military duties. This is not make sense and it was first time when a recognized establishment does not accept military ID. I am very disappointed.

DisQualify Inn

Nothing about the property was likeable.

1st room we were assigned was occupied. The second room seemed fine until we heard a leaking sound coming from the bathroom. It was a nice leak above the tub. Went to front desk and they offered to move us rooms so we agreed. Get to the room to check it out and instantly was hit by the smell of bug spray like Raid or something. We ended up staying in the room with the leak. No compensation....just a sorry. Sorry is very accurate....this hotel motel is sorry.

Me and my girlfriend were sitting having a conversation, when from behind the TV. Out comes a roach and completely ruined the stay. Immediately checked out, regardless of accommodations being offered.

The doors would not unlock with the keys at all to the point we had to go down many times for new keys. The front desk staff was kind of rude as well. Mostly the issue is about the room doors.

perfect overnighter location

Breakfast was good, plentyful for all. This was a last-minute reservation after a long day at Disney, so the location worked well for us. Rather than having to drive all the way home, we spent the night, had breakfast, did some other activities in the morning, and called it a day!
