Would've a least gold of my money back

I would like my money back the place was dirty smelled bad the area was bad the lock on the door was not working right we had to put a chair to make sure we would sleep OK spider webs all in the restroom

Everything I don’t like dirty rooms with people tow nail clippings on the floor and roaches. Grouse!! Flooring messed up so I had tripped and injured my previous surgery and asked for incident report and told mgmt but they didn’t care, seriously unreal foreign country like ugh

Very dirty, we did not have towels in our room, the telephone did not work, facilities not taken care of. They advertise free breakfast but it was a joke. Customers around were not the most “family friend” so I would not return.

Value and location

Some room furniture old and worn out. Reception staff a bit snippy and not too receptive to guest needs. Their foreign (not american-speakingin foreign language in your presence) way of being added an awkwardly demeanor that felt very uncomfortable. Our room door was found wide opened upon returning from a brief evening outing. Nothing was missing but very violating to our safety and security.

Cheap. 15 min from disneyland.

Filthy. The whole place smells like Marijuana. People living in cars all in the parking lot. Lady who said she lived here followed me all the way to where my room was. This place is highly highly unsafe. I didn't even sleep I just watched the door and my car the whole night. The furniture was all damaged and dirty. There were empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all over the grounds..Please dont ever stay here with kids. The only decent thing about this place was the very kind man at the night check in desk who told me to make sure I locked my door and stressed his concern for my kids and I's safety.

Price wasn’t worth the place

Only thing I liked was the they stay open so we where able to check in late as we hit traffic after work snd got there late.

The room floor was dirty very run down fridge cracked so was tub drawers on desk and room and closet knobs broken drawer super dirty room smelled like smoke lambs in room broken didn’t work check out was at 11 but room info said 11:30 and very loud neighbors until late night and nothing done unable to get rest no trash bins and bed sheets strained glad I took my own sheets at registration the offers upgrade to a guest because they gave them chocolate and knew we heard and said something about it and nothing said not much parking just over all nothing like I expected and no elevators had to take all our things had to go up and down the soap on bathroom was empty and lid broken so couldn’t get any out glad I took my own

Nothing we didn't stay once we figured out we were booked into wrong hotel. Only one staff was nice that was Olive.

the area in front of our room was not cleaned up the bed in the room was old and uncomfortable you could not sleep well also due to the room up on. the Second floor was noisy and as they walked around in that room you would hear thumbing as they walked our room was an older and we we're not told that it would get cleaned as we we're out for the day and returned see that it was not made up or cleaned the breakfast was not that great only had toast and cereal and you had to make your own waffle if you wanted one not like other Howard Johnson where they had a better choice of breakfast this one place we will not return or recommend

The location was convenient for us

Dirty, customer service not pleasant and front was not open during the day. Every one has to use the night window. No coffee at the lobby cause it was locked and also no coffee maker in the room. Not good for a family with children cause there was prostitudes around and police activity at night because of that.

Pool was nice

Lots of sketchy people. Our room was far away from the office. Bathroom drained was clogged. Water would no drain. My husband went to Home Depot to buy items to fix the clog. Pulled out a ton of hair from the drain.

The Motel in general is old and ran down, Definitely in Much Need of a renovation. Didn’t like that me and my son Couldn’t Sleep Because of constant rude people running yelling and horse playing in the Hall ways until 1am Just Horrible experience for a guest to stay there for the first time and having to deal with that crap.I’ll definitely make sure I’ll let anyone that’s planning to stay there To please save there money Because is definitely not Worth it staying there.

Nothing they gave us terrible service!

My and my girl started 2 nights comes to find out the middle of the first night that out door was able to swing open for anyone to get it! Then they moved us all the way to the other side to a building where the key doesn’t even work!!! Stay was terrible. Asked for a refund or days in compensation, but was denied service. Here is not good at all. STAY AWAY!

They canceled my reservation. I called and they told me they would hold it and honor the price. When I arrived, they upped it by over 100%. I have to negotiate down to more than the original discounted price. Then when I paid the clerk tried to keep $40. The room was disgusting. The life adjacent to the bedroom would not turn off. I had to use the breaker box. It was a non-smoking room but reeked of smoke. Cold water tested at work on faucet. Breakfast was abysmal. Even the coffee dispenser didn’t work. The worst day I’ve had in a hotel in my entire life. And I have stayed in many hotels.

I will never return to this place

Nothing really

We had to move to another room because the first one had a problem with the shower, the second one had bed bugs. The rooms are old and not so clean, the a/c makes a weird noise so it makes it impossible to sleep. The staff were not very polite nor helpful except for one lady. There was a water cut off during our stay, breakfast is not whats shown on the picture, as a matter of fact, nothing is as they show on the pictures.

The Location is good. The room was very comfortable and big. I have stayed here few times before, it meets my expectation. Would come back.

Warning BED BUGS and rude staff!!!

When I walked in the room I noticed a small roach run under the door, wasn’t a big deal. Shortly after my legs and back started itching, I thought perhaps there was a mosquito in the room. Then I noticed a small black insect crawling on the bed. I swatted it and I noticed a big blood spot. After further inspection of the bed I found 8 more bed bugs crawling around the beds. I immediately called the hotel and asked to change rooms. The young man at the desk refused to put me in a different in a room, and when I asked to be refunded for that night his attitude was rude and unprofessional and said there was nothing he would do and told me to contact Booking.com. I had to pack my things and sleep in a chair to avoid getting more bites. The next day I checked out a day earlier because the room is not sanitary and the way I was treated was unacceptable

This place is not only outdated but VERY dirty from the towels they put into our rooms, paint chips everywhere to black dots on all the walls in the bathroom. We even asked to change rooms but they wanted to charge us an additional $35 more a night!! UNEXCEPTABLE
