Security deposit, any hotel gives it back as soon as you leave. It has been 5 days, in short they are clueless, or invested/play with my money somewhere else

Nothing, we didn't stay
Smell like exterminator had just exterminated the place, and roaches.

I liked the location of the property.
Many appliances were broken in the room such as the telephone, lamp, bathroom shelf, and the second door lock. There were also many crumbs on the floor as if it was not vacuumed.
There was also people arguing all night throughout my stay I could hear from across the hallway. There was a lot of yelling and slamming doors, so I did not feel safe.

The bed was nice and it looked and smelled new
It didn't have heat they brought a half working heater. The shower water didn't get hot only luck warm, and there was no heat in the bathroom either The room was already small and they had most of the room covered with stacked chairs

I first room they gave me was dirty bed not made used towel on the floor. Second room heat didn't work was told that that was as warm as it get, on one of the coldest nights in Chicago. Ask for a extra blanket had to go get it myself and they still gave me one that if it was clean didn't look it. Didn't want to give me my 50 dollars deposit back at first and didn't give my a invoice or receipt.

This was the dirtiest most nasty place I’ve ever stayed at. The mirror was dirty and had people’s pimple juices on the glass from whomever previous stays. The sink was broken and the floor was absolutely disgusting.

Nothing really nice people

It was cheap and close to some stuff.
No elevator, very poorly maintained, insecure door locks, broken window blinds, quasi functional heater, dirty carpet, no housecleaning, not enough bedding to stay warm, no tissues, half a roll of toilet paper, no place to put your things in the bathroom...

The location was in the heart of China town.
I received a parking ticket for parking on the street. I wasn’t informed that it was permit parking only. The room was not clean. The sign was placed on the door to clean the room after the first night and it wasn’t done.

It was as extra cold the heating wasn’t working I heard people walking extra hard thru the hallways and people was talking and moving around all night I heard scratching in the wall by the head board and to think this costed me 100 dollars not happy and I miss my presentation due to lack of sleep
Everything they had no breakfast no coffee I feel like a failure cause i didnt do one thing that was related to my job and I damn near froze in that tiny tiny room

The hotel is clear and located at the center of many delicious Chinese restaurants
There is no elevator or a lift in the facility. No one to help me out with my travelling bag. I have to carry the heavy bag by myself through the stepped staircases to reach the 3rd floor. It was indeed distressing.

The hotel, bed are horrible, sheets are dirty and blood stain mattress and mold on the covers which suppose to be a bed cover and filthy bed spreads

The location is excellent — I love Chicago's Chinatown and I like the proximity to the Red Line train. And after I was moved to the larger, cleaner room, it was acceptably comfortable. The WiFi was very good in both rooms. The price is very affordable, but in this case you get what you pay for.
My first night of four nights: bed bugs and other kinds of bugs ruined my night. At 2 a.m. I went down to see if my dirty, buggy room could be changed or if I could at least get a clean set of sheets to cover the other ones. The guy at the desk was not apologetic and seemed bothered to help me. He finally got me some sheets and said I'd be able to change rooms in the morning. (A couple bugs got into the new sheets too. I managed 2 hours of sleep and they got me a larger room two floors down the next morning and that one was relatively clean. Still no sympathy or apology.) There was no drinking glass in the rooms, and the TV did not have subscriptions to any of the services displayed on the screen.

Room was very dirty and smelly, blood stains on the curtains. And hair in the sink drain. They said they would clean the sink. but never did. So, cleaned it myself and took the hair out to the reception and said this is not acceptable.
I don't care if the building is old, at least keep it clean.

It was in obvious disrepair, missing electrical cover plates, heavy mildew, dirty shower floor, lumpy bed, no elevator, no access for cab. No key card.
Everything was terrible, worst hotel

Property should be clean, they should provide tea/coffee in the room. Need to clean. Give more blanket… provide liquid soap and shampoo…

First time leaving a 1 star review cause I litterly have nothing positive to say.
The room, I recieved was dirty in general. The floors were not cleaned and every towel or sheet had a hole or as stain.
The fist major problem was the bathroom. The shower had LITTERAL MOLD, because there is no ventilation in the bathroom. I opened the window, which in itself was stick due to not being cleaned in ages.
I was also told upon check in that there would be daily housekeeping. I've not recieved housekeeping once. Not even fresh towels.
Also the bathroom had hair everywhere and ants.
The last night before my check out date, the staff gave a KEY TO MY ROOM not to one but two different parties of new guest to check into the room, cause they ASSUMED I checked out. The Staff member came to my room and gave me attitude. After showing him my confirmation twice and him checking it in his system he dismissed me. No apology, no accountability for letting STRANGERS into my room. If I wasn't there I don't know what would have happened. Nothing got stolen, but the hotel guidelines make it very clear that the hotel won't take any liability in case od theft.
The locals also described the alley as quite shady.
I stayed for 4 days and paid around 550$, to almost get thrown out due to an error on the hotels part. The reservation was nonrefundable.
I would not stay there again, if I was paid to do so.

The location is pretty centered.
No elevators. The room didn’t have the amenities showed in pictures and the room doesn’t match with the pictures of the property. The cleanness is very poor.
