Everyone felt an overall great experience.

Breakfast was adequate and convenient. Somewhat limited, but something for everyone. Tasty. Open until 10:30 am so you could sleep in. Rooms are comfortable and clean. No parking fee. Close to good restaurants.

Good location, comfy bed!!

I was there only 12 hours, I had to leave before breakfast. It was quiet, and the bed was very comfy.

The water pressure in the shower was really bad, but everything else was good.

Convenient location, great staff at hotel and shuttle driver! Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We had a 6 a.m. flight so we did not eat the breakfast but we have many times and it is great! Every time we go on a trip, we go to Indy a day early and stay at Wyndham Indy Airport. We stay when we come home to rest one day before going home also. Their shuttle driver is awesome as well as all of the staff! We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Loved breakfast, though I noted some were looking for oatmeal. Biscuits and gravy, not the healthiest option. Location to airport is great. Staff is alway accommodating.

Do we really need to pay for late check out?? Rooms need to be upgraded to have plugs, usb ports closer to the beds.

They don’t advertise there’s a $150 security deposit required for your stay. No manager is on duty when you need them. This place is a joke and will try and get you for your money

Had a quiet stay.

We have stayed at this hotel on 4 other occasions over the last several years and we could tell that the hotel is getting older. The proximity to who we were there to visit was outstanding. We were visiting my wife’s family and they said the area was “sketchy”. The hotel can’t just move so we don’t blame them if the neighborhood has gone downhill. We didn’t find it bad. I didn’t appreciate the guys sitting in the parking lot smoking weed in their car but other than that it seemed ok to me. The hotel was a nice setup. We had a queen suite and we liked the way the room was divided. Not a true suite but a small kitchenette counter and upper cabinets separating the sitting area from the bed area. The sink in the kitchenette was a good feature. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed here twice in the same week due to some family living a couple of hours south of Indianapolis so we had two different rooms. The first room on the third floor was a little bit more run down than the room on the second floor although both rooms seemed clean. The hallways are a little run down but the price was the same as a smaller room in either hotel in the same area so it was easy to overlook. I could tell this wasn’t a corporate owned hotel, meaning it is owned and run by a family who all work there. A couple of the men at the front desk weren’t very professional looking. Over all it was a quiet hotel in need of some up keep but the price was good and we would probably stay here again.

The couch had burn marks on the arm from what looked like an iron. The light in the kitchenette was just a four foot fluorescent light and was extremely bright. There were burned out bulbs in the room light fixtures. The hot water in the afternoon was practically nonexistent, almost like they turned the boiler off to save money. The hallways were a little run down and even though they had signs on the floors stating that ice and vending machines were available around the corner it was actually on the first floor. Take the signs down if you aren’t going to have the ice machine on that floor. The front desk person wasn’t very friendly at times.

Simple and cheap

The staff were brilliant, nothing was a hassle and every question was answered quickly and accurately.

The room had a horrible smell to it. The keys kept faulting, apparently it gets affected with phones and magnets. The breakfast was very simple, needed more fruit than just green bananas, the coffee needed to be stronger, it was too weak. To me, it seems that low price hotels plan to make everything of cheap inferior quality, why, when probably for the same money and effort you could provide bettter facilities and service. The pillows were the worst ever, a few dollars and the bed would be considered good quality. The microwave failed but they immediately replaced it. The ac was very noisy.

For a two-star hotel, it is good! The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was perfect for a quick overnight stay near the airport. I also appreciated that the bathroom had an actual door and it had a fan! The rooms are a little outdated, but no big deal

One spot that was really gross was the cubby right behind the toilet paper - it looked like it had never been cleaned, and it was a little offputting since it was so close to the TP. The hotel is adjacent to a big parking lot, so I heard some loitering late night.

Terrible breakfast. Tiny rooms for price you pay. No water pressure. Shower head was falling out. Door in bathroom wouldn’t shut and lock. The extra lock on door was broken. Tile in bathroom was broken and coming up.
