Hassle-free stay if you are going to Soldier Field!

The staff made everything painless. They watched our luggage while we parked, they added the parking to our room instead of us having to use the kiosk; they went above and beyond to be helpful. The room was fine (except we could have used a second chair), good size, attractively decorated, very clean and included a safe. The hotel was an easy walking distance through a nice neighborhood to Soldier Field.

Decent hotel but poor service around our room deposit being returned

Generally a nice hotel , clean and comfortable

Just a bit out from the main downtown area. Biggest issue is that now over 4 weeks after checking out our room deposit has not been refunded. This despite several emails to the hotel and we have now had to ask Amex to challenge the hotel on our behalf to get the hotel to refund our deposit. This is the first hotel I have ever had to chase up to refund a deposit which leaves a sour taste. This needs resolving by a manager urgently ☹️

All in all a positive experience, the new renovation may make the experience better next time and would stay here again.

The close proximity to soldier field. Easy to get to and from interstate. The room we stayed in had a beautiful city and lake view. However we were told the rooms were being renovated. Which were in need of upgrades. Furniture was a bit tired and the bathrooms needed some paint maintenance etc. beds were comfortable as were the pillows.

The cost was too high for the quality of the room we stayed in.

Loved the location , close to convention

Had a handicapped room somehow. The shower did not have enough slant for water to drain . So water would go all over bathroom. Had to build a dam with towels to keep water somewhat in.

The hotel was beautiful. Very spaces, clean, and several amenities. Love the view from our room on the 25th floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel 100%. Loved the Le Sserafim venue was just a 4 min walk.

Nice Hotel Stay

I liked that they had a close parking garage. It was confusing though. They didn’t tell us they were charging us the parking so we paid the parking attendant when we left and was double charged. When I called they credited us right away. We loved the market they had on site.

Decent stay, priced very high for the shape of the room though

Hotel workers are very friendly

The rooms are noisy, and it was clear on how to get to certain areas of the hotel, especially for those not from around there. They never mentioned their amenities, so you wouldn’t know about them unless you googled everything.

One of the best places I ever stayed. the room was nice and clean, and the view was astonishing. staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again if I had a chance to visit Chicago.

Honestly, I don't recall anything I didn't like at all about that hotel. it was such a great place to stay. We stayed there for 3 consecutive days with my wife and 2 kids. it was one of the best experiences we had.

Excellent accommodations all around!

Staff was so welcoming when we arrived! They always answered our questions and helped us navigate our plans in Chicago! We came for the EYBL basketball championship and it was a great experience. One suggestion would be to ensure restaurants ordered ample food to accommodate such a large event.

Loved mostly everything. The ARC ran out of several food items by the last night. Honestly we made it work and really enjoyed the staff and servers. Great job with such a busy event at the McCormick Place!

The pool was broken and having hyper energy children! We needed a pool! Or they could have told us when we check in that it wasn’t working. The refrigerator in my room 1270 was broken! All my baby bottles, food, and restaurant food went bad!!! I still have the incorrect charge pending on my credit card! This just ridiculous. You have to pay for parking at the hotel you staying at! Stupid!

The line for coffee/breakfast was too long for hours during the volleyball tournament. A separate line to pay for the grab & go food would have been great. I just wanted a yogurt and sandwich from the frig, but had to stand in line for 20 minutes to pay for it.

Modern, quiet, clean Front desk staff were amazing.

Everything about the hotel was great and I would definitely stay again however I did experience housekeeping barging in the room with no knock or announcement upon entering. Brought quite the scare being a solo traveler, but it was a lesson learned in the end.

The hotel was nice. I really liked they had parking instead of having to use a separate lot. The marketplace was a nice option as well.

The restaurants inside the hotel were closed Sunday evening and Monday morning. They're only open if the hotel is busy, which I understand, but a bit inconvenient.
