Broken toaster for over a month. Guests letting doors slam all night.

Broken toaster for weeks. They desperately need a toaster oven.

Pool wasn’t big enough and was closed on Monday, call down for towels was told to get dirty ones and go down to first floor and trade them for clean ones.
