Beds and pillows very nice. Seems they were doing some updates but some finishings out of date, for example iron and ironing board were in a bifold closet beside bed which made it difficult to get in and out. The pool was closed during my stay and I am unsure why. Bathroom light was just the ones above sink so bathroom seemed fairly dark. Staff were very friendly.

Country Inn & Suites - Conway They have a really bad Bed Bugs infestation!!! I have bed bugs bites all over my body. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Outdated. Disgusting. I don't recommend it. Self-absorbed owners need to sell it to someone who will take better care of the hotel and its customers. Under current ownership, reminds you of OYO Hotels. Go stay at fully renovated in 2025, Microtel Inn & Suites Conway. LOBBY: Lobby was definitely visibly old and outdated. When I first checked in, the friendly lady was nice and efficient checking me in. I originally booked King Suite for 3-Nights. I think there was an error on their end because I stayed the first night in a Standard King. I didn't think much of it because I thought that was their King Suite layout. STANDARD KING: I would have stayed another few nights in this room, but the room smell was unbearable. The carpet was filthy dirty, full of stains throughout. It smelled like this room recently had water damage and they were trying to mask the odor with a cheap, "DampRid," Moisture Absorber. The King bed was extremely uncomfortable and the blankets and sheets on it were the worst. It reminded me of OYO Hotels experience. Between the bad odor and extremely uncomfortable bed, I could not fall asleep. I kept tossing and turning throughout the night. Cheap little pillows didn't help either. KING SUITE: For the last few nights, I stayed in King Suite, like I booked in my reservation for three-nights, not two. I went downstairs and talked to the same friendly lady at the front desk (not the Indian Owners), and she was professional, apologetic and was more than happy to assist me. This was night and day difference, from room odor point of view. Everything else was just as old and outdated as the Standard King. However, King bed was much comfortable and I had no issues falling asleep. Pillows were still small, but better. The King Suite had a a mini living room by the entrance with a LG TV, couch, chair, office desk for me to work and a chair that wasn't office chair. BATHROOM: Both bathrooms were outdated. Shower heads water pressure were like a cheap car wash. Barely any water coming out. Both bathrooms had nasty odor smell. Towels were thin and cheap. BREAKFAST: On weekends, they're open 7AM-10:30AM. I went to get breakfast at 7:40AM and hot breakfast was practically gone. They had few sausage links left and what looked liked over microwaved, cold and stale "Cheese Omelettes." I decided to go for some cereal with milk. I poured into a bowl what I thought was "Honey Nut Cheerios," and milk. The Cheerios were normal, no honey flavored. Milk was gross and diluted with water. Second time I went to get breakfast it was somewhat better. You had biscuits that did not look appetizing with sausage links and scrambled eggs that were poured from a box and thrown into a microwave. Eggs were very blend and no flavor to them. Coffee wasn't good either. If you like to drink hot tea in the morning, this is not the hotel for you. Owners are too cheap to provide variety of teas. they only have Green Tea. FITNESS CENTER: Non-existent at this hotel. Whether you like to do a full or partial workout on the go, this is not the hotel for you. The door was closed, lights off and had a big sign, Permanently Closed. OWNERS: Owners are living in the past from getting recognized by 501 Magazine from 2011, getting married in India. They have a huge placard showcasing their marriage in the lobby. Guests don't care about that nor should that be displayed at a professional business. I have stayed at a lot of Indian owned or operated hotels and sadly it's never failed to see that 90% of them run their hotels to the ground. They neglect them and use cheap bandages to patch up to avoid upgrading. You can't be profitable if you refuse to update and live in the past. OVERALL: In good faith I would not recommend this place.
