Too far away from activities, casino and racing, Presque Isle and shopping.

Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were friendly.
To start, upon arrival, Courtney was at the counter and looked absolutely miserable that anyone even showed up. Gave an attitude the entire time, and was only friendly once this was pointed out to her but only after blaming the guests. The room was okay. There were some stains on the walls, the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling out of reach I guess and the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off. The carpet in the hotel was sticky feeling.

Convenient location, staff was very friendly and helpful, great choices for breakfast, pool area was great for kids.
A little sketchy of an area (quite a few undesirable people hanging out in the back parking lot), looks like it is in the middle of a remodel so it looked dirtier than I’m sure it was, pool was very murky, much too expensive for the condition of the place. They should lower prices a bit if they are going to remodel and allow people to stay on the floors being worked on.

The location to Ithaca and to lots of good restaurants.
Extremely old and run down. Gross rugs in the hallways and in the rooms.
The stairwell was dark and dirty with the rug having weird stains. NO ELEVATOR!! It was just dirty and very run down throughout the whole place.
