It was nice to watch people in the pool, although we did not use it,
Breakfast was terrific.
Due to construction, parking outside of our wing was limited and we had to park near the opposite wing.

The location to Ithaca and to lots of good restaurants.
Extremely old and run down. Gross rugs in the hallways and in the rooms.
The stairwell was dark and dirty with the rug having weird stains. NO ELEVATOR!! It was just dirty and very run down throughout the whole place.
