Loved that it had 3 bedrooms and each bedroom fully equipped with TV’s. The entrance was private with a cute little sitting area available to guests. We loved that for cooking there was all the things you needed like oil, spices, etc.
The only thing that we didn’t like, was the febreeze smell when we walked in. A couple is us are really sensitive to smells, and this was really over bearing. We managed to find it and remove from the wall though.

The apartment is pleasant and well appointed. See below for location, but it's not too far from the Butchart gardens. There is an outside seating area but we couldn't really enjoy it due to the many mosquitoes in the season. Quiet location. The ice machine was a nice touch.
The apartment is not "central" - it's a15 minute drive to central Victoria without traffic. The apartment is also underground, with only high windows given out on the ground floor level (it's quite dark, there is daylight but not much). No daily service (trash/towels, but there were enough towels)

This is a beautiful, fully furnished basement unit in a VERY quiet location.
The beds were not great at all. One had a broken, creaky frame (we were told the previous guest had broken it and they were waiting for a replacement to arrive). This being a basement, the floor wasn't entirely level, which meant that all beds leaned a bit to one side -- you could feel this lying down. Also the floor creaks everywhere, so you can't have people awake and about while others are trying to sleep.
But the worst thing was the purported sofa bed. That's just misleading. It's a portion of a sectional, and it doesn't open; you sleep on the cushions, gaps and everything. There was no bedding for it, and when we asked, they gave us a sheet for it, but no blanket. We needed four beds, so on the second night two of us had to share a bed because that "sofa bed" was just unusable.
