I was awakened around 6:30 AM by a loud blower noise that persisted for a long time, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, the shampoo dispenser in my bathroom was empty, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the shower area. These issues fell short of the standards I expect from your hotel. Given these disturbances, I found my stay disappointing. I would appreciate your consideration of compensation, such as a partial refund or full compensation, to help restore my faith in your establishment. Thank you for addressing my concerns. The location was beautiful and the room was clean .

I was charged twice and the front desk clerk was rude and made embarrassing remarks in front of the other guests. Was told the price of drinks were " a lot " when asked for a price. Was told my hold was released when in fact it wasn't and was charged twice once full price automatically and the second charged minus the deposit.

The morning staff when we checked out was horrible. Asked about the deposit and she points to a sign on the wall. I paid 400 for 2 night stay and expect to be treated better then that, we will not be returning to that facility again. Hope they fix the courtesy of there employees, she was just plain rude.

It was very close to an event we went to. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and we felt very safe.

Large and clean room, good food, nice pool. Excellent location, there are many shops near the hotel.

The pool was nice. Microwave & refrigerator was a plus.

The service & front desk attendants were not so great.

No nightstands on each side of the beds.

The swimming pool was not clean. The water was cloudy and the tile all around the pool is very dirty. When I asked why the water was cloudy I was told a treatment was in progress but that it was safe to swim in. The water in the jacuzzi was crystal clear.

Dirtiness of bathroom….shower water was all over bathroom floor because bottom of shower door dis not seal. Someone next door kept smoking cigarettes and that smell was in my bathroom also.
