I love the location of the hotel. The night shift staff was awesome.

The clerk that checked us in was kind of rude when we asked her questions. On booking.com it states a $20 deposit but before I checked in I was charged $50. Then once I arrived I was charged $100 deposit. I don't have a problem paying a deposit but everything needs to be on the same accord

This is not a $120 a night hotel. $60 - $70 would be a fair price. The listing should have said continental breakfast. . . Coffee in the room would be nice.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Honestly, nothing.

As soon as I got out of my car, I had a guy hit me up for money as he walking walking down the road. I was suspose to pay at hotel and they took 50.00 out of my account early. Then when I got here they told me it's 100.00 deposite when online states 20.00. They argued with me when I showed them where it said 20.00. It was pay the rest or get stuck paying for the room Anyway if I decided to go to different hotel. Once getting into the room, the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows was extremely flat. All night we had to listen to the people upstairs. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I can't do anything or talk to anyone till Monday. Also. Shower door wouldn't even stay closed to top it off.

For the price, this was a comfortable and clean place to stay.

I liked how close it was to food and entertainment. The building seemed modern and clean. The staff was nice!

The only issue with our stay was that we got a call on the room phone at midnight that said that the phone system was updating and that we would get another call. We would need to answer that call and leave the phone on the side table so that it could update. That woke us up and weirded us out a little.

I had a overall great time just was disappointed in the breakfast selection.

I like the pool area, the spacious room, I like that it was a welcome on the tv with my name, I like the walk in shower and the bed being comfortable.

The breakfast needs to be a little better. I like pancakes, bacon, egg and sausage. None of that was available. I would think with the hotel having Hilton connected that the breakfast would’ve been the best part.

The breakfast was moderate...I guess for something quick...I had to notify the front desk 3 times about the noise above me didn't get any sleep because they were disturbing me all night... nothing was done...I will not be going back to this property*!!!!!

They could have offered to move me to another room where I would not have been disturbed by the LOUD NUISANCE OF NOISE COMING FROM ABOVE ME ALL NIGHT AND MOST OF THE MORNING.... UNTIL 4 AM..

The only positive was the AC worked and the bed was comfortable.

The room had dirt and dust everywhere. The coffee pot was nasty. Had to clean tables and coffee maker in order to use them. The sofa bed was covered in stains and had a slight smell. Carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced. Bathroom had a faucet leaking on top so anything u put on the counter got soaking wet. There was no ice available at any of the ice machines. Extremely hot outside and no ice for our water or sodas. Booked 4 nights but only had to stay 1 as our power was restored at home. We were not offered any refund when they were told this. Will not stay there again.

Another comfortable Mini Vacation in Boone.

It is always an amazing and comfortable stay when I am traveling to Boone, NC . One of my favorite hotels to stay in. The staff is friendly , professional and accommodating if there are problems. the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the beds are nice to sleep on.

Reasonably priced and easy access off I 30...Quiet..room was good sized and had fridge with freezer and microwave...breakfast adequate but not many choices for those with food sensitivities.

Pool not open...could use deeper cleaning around vents and shower surround...dirt visible and streaking down shower...rest of facility seemed clean... front desk clerk was not available for over 15 minutes while assisting guest, leaving front lobby vulnerable.
