The location was close enough to everything in Las Cruces New Mexico. Highway interchanges and frontage roads were very accessible to the location of the hotel.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable in the morning. The breakfast smelled delicious savvy. We didn’t get to participate because I was very sick and didn’t wanna get anyone else sick..
My only downside was I’d like to have a pit and pad in the room so I can write a thank you note to the maid so I know the tip and stuff is for her or if I need to write down an address or phone number for a local place it’s always handy to have one. Plus there’s a Peter Piper pizza in the parking lot. It would be nice to have the address or phone number, so when you get online, you know which one you’re calling. But like I said, those are a little my new things. The rooms were excellent..

The comfort and friendliness of the staff also loved tha massage chair!
The jacuzzi was not working even after turning it on it was cold. Let staff know and no one came to check to try and correct the problem

Breakfast was very good, tasty. Close to many places.
The room was an hour and a half late to be ready. We needed a handicap accessible room. The bed blocked the entrance to the bathroom for his wheelchair. The girl at the counter was extremely rude. We won't stay there again.
