Lovely condo unit with lots of space. Kitchen was decent and trasonably equiped. The apartment, layout was good and bed was very comfortable. It is in a good location in Whistler upper village, next to the ski lift. Pool and hot pools were very inviting.
Had few interactions with the staff, and the ones we had were a little frosty.
Some of the features of the room are a little tired or damaged (bathroom towel rail and lintel of fireplace). The oven requited cleaning if ot were to be used. Some information should be available to describe use of some of the units fitting (microwave or bathroom fan, for example).

Location is great, pool is also a plus ! Close to the gondola and easy access even by walk
The pool looks a bit weird with all the fence ; would recommend to maybe update a bit the decoration. A bit messy with all the AC units / portable heating. But great for the price !

I was not provided the door code to enter the room and spent over half an hour chasing to get this.
The power kept cutting out, every 15 mins I had to re set the breaker. It was 32 degrees and the AC would only work for 15 mins at a time if no other electricals were being used
The unit is looking quite tired and a bit grubby
There was no tray to heat sonething in the oven
