I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room with appropriate facilities on the ground floor
When I arrived I was given a non accessible room on the 2nd floor. There were no facilities for my handicap. I was unable to shower or wash my hair. I spoke to Russel and he was not helpful. The next morning I had breakfast which was satisfactory. I was served by Jannell an she was great.

Good location
Our toilet seat was broken. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived or when we were trying to check out. We had to stand there and wait. There were three of us staying in a room and they gave us two towels and housekeeping never came.
