Extremely nice front desk lady. They said there wasn’t a king bed even though I ordered and was available online. The lady called the manager and they got me into a king size bed just as ordered. Amazing service here. Idk what the bad reviews are about I’m pretty happy to find my new hotel when I go to Lubbock. Will surely be back.
The glass was shattered all throughout the building as it does look a mess but nothing to rate negatively since I’m just there to sleep and don’t notice it. Also wish the curtains actually shut all the way they are the partial curtains that lets light in all night. Luckily I was tired so didn’t keep me up but did notice it before going to bed.

It was decent
Carpet in the hotel was dirty, dirty baseboards, the chair in room was filthy, hotel was not kept well. When I was checking out I wanted them to know about the toilet sticking when you flushed it, I waited at the deck for 15 min. and no one showed up at 10:30 am, I left the key in my room and left, there was still no one at the front desk.
