My daughter and I were at the vending machine. We bought a candy bar in the vending machine got stuck in the candy bar didn’t drop. Carlos, who I believe is a maintenance worker there stopped and noticed our dilemma. He pulled two dollars out of his own pocket to buy the candy bar that we didn’t get and then gave both candy bars to my daughter. I thought that that was very generous and kind of him, and I noticed that all of the staff members were very courteous, polite, and always willing to help. The breakfast there is amazing. We stayed in a suite and it was a lovely room. I liked how we could shut the bedroom door. The kids could watch TV in the living room section while they’re grown-ups can rest in the bedroom. Not to mention the location is wonderful!! my daughter and I got to spend the day down at the beach and then come back to the hotel and relax. It was a pleasant visit. My stay was 5 days, my family‘s needs were always met when needed. The rooms are amazing and if there’s something you need, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a good one! I will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. The best thing was there was no parking issues. There was always a parking spot when I needed one.

Nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The location is great. The staff is amazing. They have a 24 hour gym 24 hour laundry facility. They have a wonderful breakfast and the rooms are quite large. Worth every penny! I will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel again soon! I had a wonderful stay and gladly give this hotel 5 stars! The staff definitely goes above and beyond for you here =)

Agoda shows $10 parking a night. But best western changed $15 twice. When I called hotel, staff were so rude, he says we changed only $15, not $30 for two times, and says sent a emai
