I was probably the only one staying at the place. There was garbage bags by the elevator. I was told there was gonna be breakfast no breakfast they could at least gave me a granola bar or something in the morning as I left.

Best part was letting us check in a little early during the rain storm.

Bed was comfy.

Kitchen not equipped with amenities. Tv's partially functional. Light switches not completely functional. Room was not completely clean. Breakfast wasn't the best. (Powedered eggs) Booked through booking.com and wound up paying way more than advertised.

They sold our room to someone else.

We got there, and they had sold the room out from under us. They said they didn't have any rooms available. We had to find another hotel.

Uncleaned Room

Friendly Staff, good location

My room was not cleaned daily! I left in the morning and returned to find my bed unmade, the same used towels still there, and the trash not taken out!

It was just what we needed for a quick stay when just passing thru!

The stay at Wyndham garden was great! The room was clean, the breakfast was good. And the staffe were great to get us checked in and out! It’s a great place to stay that is close to the highway! And the cost to stay there, I felt was a better deal than others!

Good value, but be prepared for reduced service and bring any plates or mugs to use in the room

A good value for money stay. Just be aware that the amount of staff and service is reduced to make the price what it is. Buffet is a decent range of items but the same thing every morning so can get repetitive, and only one person refilling everything during our stay so can take abit of time at weekends to refill all the breakfast items. Directly connected to splash lagoon so very convenient for that and lots of nearby restaurants. For some reason no plates/bowls/mugs/ cutlery are provided in the rooms with a kitchenette so suggest bring your own or pick up some things from breakfast for your stay - it's all disposable items so Amy not be best for the microwave if heating things.

There is no servicing of the room during your stay (though you can ask for fresh towels/toilet paper etc whenever you want). We did have to ask 4 times for toilet paper before any came to the room.

There was a smell like wet dog or wet pennies on the entire first floor. Even in the elevators. It was difficult to eat in the breakfast area because of this.

The place was very nice but having a huge fee to get into the splash area was very unfortunate

Rooms were very spacious and nice and it was a good location

It didn’t have a pool but it had splash lagoon. I think they should give the folks who stat in the hotel a free pass or a very reduced rate to enter the splash part. For me that will be a reason I choose a different hotel in the future

Great hotel for the price.

The room was very large, king-size bed with pull out couch. Had a small kitchen area also. The bathroom was nice with a jacuzzi tub. There is an indoor water park next to it.

Was a convenient location to stay for traveling to splash lagoon.

Didn't get our original room I booked and had to go back to the service desk to get it changed. The floor we stayed on smelled like marijuana even though there was a no smoking policy.

Want a full refund and disappointment and will sue

The staff was rude and screwed up our reservation and accused us of stealing their linen I had to call the police whom searched our luggage and bags that had none of the hotel belongings on there . They scared my disabled kids and I and the first night had illegal drugs and partying and we had our kids woke up twice and my body was covered in a rash and swollen face after they where covering up their weed smell in the hallway till 4am I got no sleep and they made us leave to the other side of the hotel to Hawthorne same staff more issues and I want all my money back and will never suggest this hotel to anyone in my life . The only thing decent was splash lagoons staff.

Our tubs and rooms where dirty I was the maid and sanitized and cleaned all four rooms and changed the trash and bedding’s and scrubbed the tubs and bought my own cleaning products

Not worth the money

The mattress was good

The shower was slippery and very small. There was no hot breakfast only cereal and toast. 4 yogurt cups and some milk. Very dumpy and not worth the money.

Location was great - right off I-90 and lots of nearby restaurant options.

Wall thermostat did not actually control the air unit. The unit was very loud and I did not have a good night’s sleep. The staff were not able to turn it off.

Couldn't wish for anything different from a reputable hotel

Lots of parking space. Check-in was quick. The lady was friendly and even looked up my IHG membership number. Room was huge for two people. Most comfortable beds. Coffee and tea in room. All-you-can-eat breakfast included a choice of everything that you ever ate for breakfast at home or at a restaurant. Checkout was as simple as dropping your room key into a jar.
