We were really impressed with the property. Very modern and clean. The pool was amazing and the added bonus of a pool table and ping pong in the garden kept the kids busy, and don’t forget the bikes as well! Really enjoyed having an outside sound system too which made afternoons fun and created a great atmosphere. We would recommend and would stay again in the future. It was a 10 minute cycle down to the sea front or a 30 minute walk. There were a few beach front bars and a couple of restaurants….Moreta in Privlaka we would recommend. Fantastic fully equipped villa for a perfect family stay. A beautiful area with so many wonderful beaches, coves and historic towns. Having a car helped but the well maintained bikes also made it easy to explore. The villa had everything you needed from a banging sound system to a great sauna and a lively clear pool with lots of shady spits around. Kristin’s was very welcoming, helpful and always available if needed. Would come again for sure!

We stayed for 5 days with an 18 month old and 5 adults. The villa looks exactly as in the pictures and is very clean and maintained to a very high standard, including the pool.We made use of the barbeque and kitchen, and ate outdoors and in, it was a lovely setting all around. The sound system is fab! We found a lovely sandy beach nearby with a long shallow and was perfect for the baby and adults alike. We did have a car so drove into Zadar for s couple of meals out in the town and very regular stops to the supermarket. Highly recommended all around. Kristina is an amazing and thoughtful host, providing us with beach towels as she knew we had arrived by plane and would have not packed them.Highly recommend Villa Aria and hope to visit again some day!!
