Rooms with good space

Personnel at front desk in the check in process attended other people before my turn even arriving after my family. Trying to sell extra commodities to them . My frequent loyalty status was not considered in this process.

coffee in the room, ice box and microwave

bed spring was awful loud probably woke the neighbors when I got in and out of bed, no lighting in the room except for two lamps on each side of the bed on one wall so half the room was always dark especially the "closet". Had a safe in the closet but it was on the floor so you had to either get on your knees to use it, again, couldn't see it too well because no ceiling light. Shower floor was slick, so used a towel to stand on, shower head was on the far side of the swing out door so you had to make sure you turned the head to face the wall and floor or you would get wet with cold water turning it on. bathroom door is just a slider door, which I understand but there's no real privacy and it doesn't shut closed. I will say there is a little light above the coffee maker that let's you see that little area but that's all it does.

Sorry, but we unfortunately cannot report anything positive except for the friendly lady at reception.

We booked a room about 5 hours in advance, for $580 for one night. A room with two double beds. Upon arrival, we were (friendly) informed that the hotel was full. We had to drive to another hotel further away. Here, we were given a "MOTEL" room with one bed and one couch. Small ants were everywhere in the room. Everyone passed by the window. Not at all what we booked. After complaining, they turned us away and refused to refund us. We are frequent travelers, but this is rare.

The shuttle was convenient. They had free drinks daily and the breakfast was great! Tiki and pool were nice.

Nothing really. We did call down and ask for more towels and soap because we didn’t have any and we never got them. Other than that, it was great.

Good location, good weather followed up by an honest bed and decent facilities

Had flown in from London Heathrow, and then driven from Miami down to Key West so I was tired after a full day of travelling, also had to travel down from the north of England to Heathrow. Was only a one night day but all the facilities were clean and comfortable and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was also exactly what I needed and saved as an early time to set me up ready for my day of exploring.

Parking was slightly expensive, but I was informed that this was kind of the norm in America. Was also slightly confused by the layout, but I hadn’t stayed in too many hotels similar to this one so it could be more a user error.

Nice place. Very tropical feel. Good price for the location and swimmable beaches were very close.

Very close to downtown key west and they included free daily drinks and beach gear. It was a nice touch.

The breakfast buffet was a mad house and the coffee that said caffeinated was definitely not.

Rundown rooms, locked out at midnight due to faulty lock

Rooms were smelly and AC was not enough. When asked about a standing fan at the front desk, were not given too much attention. Got locked out of room at 12:30 at night due to misfunctioning lock. Onsite person took a lot of convincing to call for a technician. He was continually offering a different room totally failing to understand that our stuff and medications were in the locked room. Other 2 families in the group had to suffer until 1:30 until the room was unlocked. Still couldn’t use the lock and someone had to stay inside to make sure we don’t lock it again. Very frustrating and scary experience at night

Proximity to Old town and the free shuttle service. Staff was very helpful and friendly especially Phil the bar tender at the pool

Breakfast was good not great. Only had bacon 1 morning out of 4. The pool didn’t have food options. If you wanted to get food had to go to adjacent Hilton Property (which was very good)

Wonderful place to stay while in Key West.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was awesome with HUGE assortment. Had a free shuttle to old town Key West. Parking at your door. Even had a rooster for early wake up alarm.

Excellent stay

First of all, everyone in the staff was so nice and helpful. They were very respectful when I needed something for the Sabbath. And any other request was also helped with a smile. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The blackout curtains worked great. The pool was very relaxing. The breakfast was great with Kosher options. I felt very safe staying there solo.

It's on the other side of the island from Duval Street but there is an hourly shuttle there and back. The walk wasn't too bad either.

Was nice, not too close to the busy parts of the town, but a short scooter or shuttle ride.

The pool area was nice, bar area also good and unexpected. Breakfast in the morning was welcome suprise.

The toilet roll was attached to the vanity counter and the reach from the toilet was quite far. A small person would have to take the toilet roll out and keep it on top of the toilet. The water pressure was low. The rooms all faced out to an outside walkway.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, and good location on the island

Comfortable beds, decent breakfast; the room has a microwave, mini-fridge, clothes iron, and hairdryer. The rooms were quiet, I could only hear people walking and talking right outside our door/window. Very hot water from the shower!

The minifridge was not getting very cold. The AC unit can spew water right outside your door which means you'll walk back in with wet shoes. The door did not have a full rubber seal around it, which let some humidity into the room.

Fun and affordable

Location was close to the main trolley pick up area. Concierge, Daniel was very helpful with our questions and suggested great places to eat.

Loud kids near us running up and down outside. Distance to walk from elevator to room with luggage was challenging.

Not worth the cost

The front lobby and kitchen area were nice, modern and clean.

The hotel was very disappointing. The picture of the room is not what you will receive. It appeared more like a Low end motel. Our room was dirty. The walkways were dirty. The rooms were poorly insulated and could hear any noise outside. The water didn’t drain in the sink. The curtains do not close all the way letting in light all night. There was visible mold on shower glass. Dirt in corners. The Roosters ARE SO LOUD. They start at 4:30am just be prepared. Ear plugs do nothing. They decided Labor Day weekend mid day would be a great time to pressure wash the cabanas. While we appreciated the efforts to maintain them one would think this would be done on a week day evening time when the pool area was not busy. This is also about a 13 minute drive by car to Duval just FYI. We were really excited to stay here and were sadly very disappointed. You can get a room further into key west at a much nicer facility for the same price. The staff was nice. They did try to charge me an additional $91 in resort fees that were already included in the $752 I paid. I had to go to front desk to remove.
