No frills hotel

The location was perfect, the room was big and bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a microwave and kitchen.

There were some renovations going on so it was a little noisy and the outdoor hot tub was under repair so not available. The indoor hot tub worked but there were no controls for jets so that was a little disappointing. The price was high for what it was, but it’s summit county so I’m not too surprised.

Location was beautiful

Noisy A/C, the bathroom toilet was positioned so that your knees were touching the wall in front of you when you sat on it. The mattress were not comfortable and the pool was freezing cold, and the out door hot tub was closed.

Under construction in areas and that creates a smell, the pool area smelled a bit like sewage at times and the out door hot tub was out of commission but communicated by a typed sign taped to the door.

Mediocre accommodations.

Positives of the hotel-non-smoking and quiet, the parking lot was convenient and rhe scrambled eggs were superior. The setting was beautiful and the hotel was centrally located to shopping, restaurants, etc.and the views around the hotel were amazing. The scrambled eggs were wonderful.

The quilts on the beds were lumpy from the filling breaking down and bunching up into ‘lumps’ all over the bed. Definitely not a good first impression. The towels were thin, cheap and non-absorbent. The availability of ice wasn’t convenient.

Decent enough for a night stay

We went to Dillon for a concert. Location was great to amphitheater. We had a decent view from the window. Parking was easy. Easy to get to from I-70.

The hotel seems slightly out of date. It was clean, but seems "used". The price was way too much, but it was what was available. Maybe I am just getting old, but hotel breakfasts seem like cheap food (waffles, eggs, sausage), as I am finding myself wanting whole real food and not cardboard box eggs.

Good location

The room was very warm and difficult to cool down, could not ope the window and facing a highway probably wouldn't have left it open for long. The bed was comfortable but the coverings were for winter and way too hot and heavy in total it felt stifling.

It was clean, the location was perfect, beautiful scenery, decent breakfast, hot tub and pool are awesome. Good deal for the price.

The pillows were lumpy, I left with a cramp in my neck. The coffee was gross and they don’t have creamer. I had to hunt someone down to give us more towels and toilet paper (the lady at the front desk told me I had to) Lady at the front was sleeping on the floor when I went to check in. I had to ring the bell and holler multiple times before she finally woke up to check me in.

Great location, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor hit tubs, good selection for breakfast. Very comfortable beds, the fridge was working and nice and quiet at night.

Great located hotel to ski A Basin and Loveland

Nice hotel, well located. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean but small. Enjoyed the location near City Market, Restaurants and REI. Urban location in Ski Town, but relatively quiet.

Front desk women were not that friendly. Elevator went out one morning and stair was down hall. They fixed elevator pretty fast.

Breakfast was the only disappointment. Nothing was stocked, one little muffin, no bread, couple English muffins and the fruit was moldy.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Do not stay here

We loved the location. And front desk crew were very nice and helpful.

Everything else. The pool area including the pool were very unclean feeling. The whole hotel seemed very untidy and unclean. We only saw them vacuum and empty trash, never saw them CLEANING anything! The housekeeper was always on her phone and cleaning with one hand, so not really cleaning anything. Our sleeper sofa had food wrappers and underwear in it, from the guests BEFORE us! And EVERYTIME we left our room, we had to have our room keys recalibrated. Staff allowed their children to run through hotel as they were working.

The hotel was conveniently location with mountains in the background.

The towels had noticeable stains on them and the bed covers appeared to not have been washed prior. There was noticeable build of dust on the bathroom fan. The hotel cleanliness was definitively lacking alot. It did not feel like a clean room.

paper thin walls, i could hear the guy in the next room coughing. footsteps from above too. at 5am all the construction workers staying there woke up for work and was loud. basic room.
