There are so many pools, hot tubs & lazy rivers, inside & out. You step out of the pool area & you’re on the beach. There’s restaurant options for every meal. It’s a great place for families.
It needs some serious upgrading.

We loved the access to the beach
The room was never cleaned. We had to call and asked for clean towels. We were told ton put the towels outside the used towels outside the door and to call desk and let them know we had done so . We called and were told no we dont do that and to bring them back in the room and someone would come by and get them . No one ever showed up . We had wet dirty towels in our room the whole stay. The room cleanliness was subpar. The pools were down on our side ofbthe property . The water was also cut off for maintenance for 4 1/2 hours during the day . The people who ran the desk were NOT friendly at all . Overall, bad expérience and wont be back .
