The room was clean and front desk was helpful and oddly enough I didn’t feel unsafe or threatened despite all the activity.
Too many random people roaming around in the evening and over night hours. Got the feeling that there were customers that were weekly and even rent by the hour customers. Also, the key card malfunctioned constantly. In the end we went through 5 key cards and management had to open the room 2 times with the master. That was in a 38 hour stay.

I did not take any breakfast during my stay at all. The AC in the room I reserved was not workong to cool. They switched me to a different room, which was okay.
If the hotel has elevator, it would be much better.

I needed to check out early at 8am and I could /did not get my deposit back until after house keeping checked to see if I smoked in the room I stated there’s no way for you to know if I smoked in the room because the room smell like smoke when I entered in. I then explained that I needed the cash deposit return because I needed it for gas to continue onto my next working site the attendant at that time told me that I could come back later. I end up waiting until after 11 o’clock, which means that this impacted my job and was considered a no-show. I lost a very important account that day. The attendant also showed me documentation and I explained to him that that was not presented to me at check-in so I was not aware of that policy and procedure. He explained that that’s something that they do not tell the people when they are checking in.
