The was were very clean and organised, so welcoming and kids friendly! We really enjoyed our stay.

The owner was very pleasant and whenever there was an issue she made every attempt to correct it.

There was no breakfast. The location was great for the attractions we were interested in.

No Central air in the house only 4 portable units and if one were to use all 4 the circuit breaker could go off and needed to be reset by going to the basement. Electric range was not working properly, over an hour to fix a simple breakfast. No top sheets on the beds or wash cloths (the owner was not sure what wash cloths were , but once explained to her, she found a friend that provided her with them. Landscaping was not kept up and lots of junk visible on the porches.

The host live in the same house feels like monitoring your moves. Noise is not allowed after 11pm because she cant sleep at night. She told us if you cant promise not to make a noise you can check out today without the refund. We go out of town to enjoy our stay not to stress ourselves

Dust everywhere on the fans, the blinds and walls. Needs a good cleaning

Overall, great location for the price. Would recommend to a friend.

room and bathroom were private and nicely decorated. Close to everything but still quiet. Great place for the value and ability to park rental car at the property. Overall pleasant experience.

Advertisement for the property was a little vague and unclear. Photos seen before had did not represent the property well. Guests upstairs were quite loud and noises persisted late into the night.
