I would stay there again. Especially since the staff was so nice.

We liked that the location was close to the UCLA. The staff was very nice and we checked in late and she took care of us, and in parking for our car.

Nothing really, but the tv was little restrictive in channels. Its an older facility, but everything worked and it was comfortable and clean so no complaints really.

Nice hotel with spacious 1-bedroom apartments - great for families

Nice spacious rooms including 1 bedroom + living area Location relatively close to Beverly Hills / Hollywood. You got the feeling the hotel wants to do the best for visitors.

Very small breakfast area, most people have to grab the breakfast and bring to room. Hotel parking spaces are too small for other than small compact cars - we had to use street parking. Lobby is very simple and could scary you away - But ignore this, the rooms are great.

Conveniently located to Hammer Museum, UCLA campus and several bus lines. Outside looks like a little dumpy but inside is A+ for (relatively) budget lodging. Decent breakfast spread.

Excellent location to UCLA which served our needs very well. Free parking even though spots a but tight. Other hotels in the area charge quite a bit for parking. Clean, spacious rooms.

If you want to visit UCLA, this is a great place.

The locations next to UCLA and Westwood is great if you do business/leisure there.

If you don't need UCLA or don't want Westwood, then stay somewhere else. It's not worth it. This is more a reflection of the neighborhood than the hotel, but it's all cramped and small there. There is parking (good) but tandem parking is not great. The alley is not great, either. One of the front desk people was weird about parking. Didn't let me park tandem in front of our other car and sent me around to park in the back for no obvious reason.

Too expensive in terms of value for money

The hotel is situated in a pleasant and tranquil neighborhood - Westwood. Its location is excellent, with numerous restaurants nearby. The room was tidy and roomy. And... free parking!

The breakfast selection was inadequate, lacking any fresh food options whatsoever. Were there vegetables? Any type of salad? It was the epitome of industrial food. The parking area was congested, and the spaces were exceedingly small. Maneuvering in and out was quite challenging. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was slow and of poor quality.

Pleasant

Rooms were spacious, very convenient as close to Target and Trader Joe’s and eateries. Beds very comfortable and the rooms were well stocked. Breakfast was adequate.

Our rooms were on the 3rd floor but the elevator was out of order. So had to lug all of our luggage upstairs. Would have been good if there was some notice of the elevators being down as there was a notice outside the elevators showing that they have been under maintenance for sometime

Rooms were large and clean. Staff were great, especially the lady at reception during the evenings who helped with the free parking.

Parking very limited and spaces very tight (small SUV only). Breakfast included but limited choices.

I had a lovely time at this hotel. The location and rooms are great.

I love the location of the hotel. It's nestled near West Village, which has lots of places to eat and shop. There's also a Target and a Trader Joe's nearby, which came very handy. The UCLA campus is within walking distance and definitely worth a visit. During my stay, I graduated from UCLA, so it was especially meaningful to be so close to campus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast selection (they have a fancy pancake machine!). Although smaller than what you’d find at larger hotels, it had everything I needed. You could also take your meal back to your room, which was a great option. The room itself was very spacious and included a nice kitchen area to heat up food or prepare coffee. The staff was always friendly and helpful!

I wish the room cleaning had been done a bit earlier—sometimes it would be 4pm and our room still hadn’t been cleaned. I also wish some details, like the bathroom ceiling, had been better maintained. And more bathroom amenities would be great! We only received small bar soaps and shampoos. I think having refillable products in the shower could work much better.

The breakfast area is too small, it sits no more than 10 people. If you arrive few minutes after 7am, you may not be able to find an empty spot. However, you can make your breakfast and take to your room. Parking is also too tight. But plenty. Never had an issue finding a parking space.

Location was excellent, room was well sized especially given we were there for nearly 3 weeks. Was excellent to have a microwave as well. Breakfast was basic but did the job.

Majority of front desk staff were completely disinterested or unhelpful- had to almost force them to say hello to us. Ended up becoming a daily challenge to see if we could get any acknowledgment from them! Given we were there for almost 3 weeks, bit of effort and friendliness costs nothing but would go along way. Support staff such as cleaners were excellent.

Parking is inadequate and hazardous. Spaces are too small to maneuver into safely and then try to get out of your vehicle; some spaces require double parking that mandates you leave your keys to the car with the front desk in case someone has to move your car. Our rental agreement does not provide for any other drivers of this car. Had to park on the street.

Very spacious rooms with nice balcony. The area is great as it is located close to UCLA. The staff was accommodation when requesting to extend our stay for one more day. Very useful the free car park!

Spacious rooms, great location in proximity to UCLA (in Westwood!)

Location was prime (a block from Westwood casual dining options, Target, Trader Joe's), and the room was quite spacious. Our room was pretty quiet because it was towards the end/back of the hallway. Second night our upstairs neighbors were pretty loud at 6 am (probably just walking around and talking at normal volume, but the "stomping" and chatter woke me up). The rooms are older but it was just fine for our needs. Really pleasantly surprised by the roominess of the room, esp. for the price we paid & proximity to UCLA. Complimentary breakfast not high quality but fine to stave off hunger.

Rooms are old/dingy, a little noisy in the hallway & with upstairs neighbors. Staff was helpful but I wouldn't say "friendly."

The location was good but the premises severely need updating. The rooms are large but past their prime, the bathroom had good lighting but also very old. Breakfast was decent but you had to eat it in your room as there was no place to sit.
