I will never stay here again. and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The front desk people were very nice. When I complained about the dirty carpet, they had housekeeping call me. the room was spacious.

The room was very worn. The carpet was dirty/stained. House keeping explained that they had tried to get the stain out but they were not able to. The wall paper in the bathroom was torn. The shower was not up to par. You had to walk in to the shower to turn the water on and you got et in the process. There was not a place to put cosmetics, even thought he room was spacious. The bedside lamp was placed far away from the bedside. We were in LA for our son to receive medical care, the refrigerator was small and full of alcohol. The corners of the entire hotel were dirty and needed painting.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CHAIN OF W Hôtel in the world.

I liked the receptionist and valet guys. Otherwise a lot of things were terrible in this W hotel.

Please note that this so called luxury hotel, doesn’t serve food and beverages due to the fact they had broken agreement with STK. NO BREAKFAST/Lunch nor dinner. The rooms are very old fashion and had old technology on the AC system which sounded like a generator all night.

Place needs a remodel and a higher end restaurant on the first floor. You’re not a nightclub,

Ash residue in my sink when I first walked in the room. Worn carpets, cracked bathroom tile, two random luggage racks left leaning on my bed. The place has been run down and it’s loud there with construction and club/restaurant there. Vault and front desk staff was excellent, but Marriott should rethink the first floor environment they are creating and do a full remodel. Run down location in a great area. It’s pretty ghetto for Westwood.

The dining option is limited and way overpriced. They have a nonsmoking rule posted in the rooms but during my stay, I encountered some problems when someone continuously smoked pot and it would bleed in my room through the vents keeping my family and me up from 3 am to the morning!

amazing value, and a perfect stay.

the staff. most hotel rooms fit the bill, but room-wise, the W West Bev is marvelous for the price. the HUGE difference is the quality of EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER we encountered. THEY know what real hospitality is. we are a couple of old gay men (68; 76) and after a less than marvelous RECEPTION/stay at a similar hilton property in portland, OR, JUST THREE WEEKS AGO, we both marveled at how delightful the people were at this W location, universally. one refused to take a well-deserved tip for exceptional service, but finally did on my strong insistance. to me, a beacon of the fine training EVERYONE here must get in making ALL guests, even geriatric gay guys, feel so wonderfully welcome. kudos from TOP to BOTTOM... ALL valet, bellman (DJ), the two front desk guys who made a short room-available time wait enjoyable when we arrived a little early... the glorious woman who delivered our take-out food from UBER EATS/Din Tai Fung... and declined a nice gratuity until i insisted... kudos all around, and we look forward to our next visit, even when it'll probably be UCLA Hospital-related... something to look forward to: the best thing a hotel can provide.

The location is amazing. The staff are very friendly & accomodating. The hotel is in a safe area & 2 mins away from the super market & mins walk from Target and restaurants.

There was no breakfast included in the hotel & paying for car parking is a separate bill
