The Palms at 8303 - Lake Buena Vista

Close to Disney. Clean.

Very nice place, close to Disney and Universal parks, too many shuttles, big parking lot

Breakfast was awful

Good location, showers is very dated and uncomfortable, but overall good for the money

There is much of a breakfast , bagel , egg, bacon, cereal and apple . Stuff is not very friendly and seems to prefer talk among themselves.

The hotel has an excellent location, conveniently situated between Disney World and Universal Studios, with easy access to International Drive, restaurants, shopping, and other Orlando attractions. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Another convenient feature is the ability to receive Amazon packages at the hotel for a fee of $5 per package, which is particularly useful for travelers. Free parking is also a great advantage, especially for guests visiting Orlando with a rental car.

Unfortunately, despite the excellent location and helpful staff, the hotel is in extremely poor condition and desperately needs major renovations. There is no breakfast available, which is disappointing for a hotel in such a popular tourist destination. The carpets are absolutely disgusting, visibly dirty, extremely worn out, and in deplorable condition. They give the impression of being neglected for many years and raise serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The elevators are another major problem. One elevator was completely out of service, while the other was in terrible condition, looking extremely old and poorly maintained. The entire property feels like it hasn't been properly renovated in decades. It honestly looks and feels like a 100-year-old hotel that has been left behind. This hotel needs much more than a few cosmetic improvements. It requires extensive renovations, better maintenance, and a complete modernization of its facilities. It's a shame because the location is fantastic and the staff are genuinely helpful. However, the overall condition of the property significantly compromises the guest experience. Management urgently needs to invest in renovations to bring this hotel up to acceptable hospitality standards.
