Overall decent stay but no common courtesy when talking to your clients.

The lady was a rude with giving the information about my room , also the ice machine didn’t work she said someone cut but it’s obvious it’s broken and they didn’t care to fix cause I check the machine out completely.

Rude and no helpful could have handled everything much more politely and professionally.

Rude receptionist ( first thing she said to me and my son no room service for 2 day . She said we have to hold $ 100 in case you smoke we take it I told her I don’t smoke). I went to this Motel with my son 2 nights for vacation in Huntington Beach it was only 2 towels , I need to change it .I went to the office around 5 pm it was opening no one there I went to the room back I tried to call from the phone provided in the room didn’t work. I used my cell to call the motel but no answer . Too much noise even if the windows closed from the car in pacific high wy road ,billow not comfortable. Over all no good service .I will never go to this motel again .

Very bad stay

Thr wifi was slow I could never connect to it. The room itself smelled dirty and I felt as if things were crawling on me while sleeping and lady in front office very ruined

They have a nice breeze and u can sort of see the ocean. It's on busy noisy Pch so you'll hear cars buzzin by.

The coffee maker wasn't clean. Moldy white. Otherwise clean, no bugs. I didn't like that the tv wasn't ready to be used but staff promptly came up to connect. This is a prime location (to non locals) but for someone who knows the area, I'd prefer a quieter location. One elevator located near office but the other side is stairs. 3 floors. They'd do themselves a great service with a bit more hospitality and upgrade on little things like the howling from the A/C or the power weirdness coming from the bathroom light fan. A lil more oil and a lil more smile!

Worst ever

Great location by the beach

Old fixtures no secure door. Rude front desk.Power went off no one in the office. Would not give a downstairs room to handicap. Was put on 3 rd floor. Was told the pier was walking distance. Was 1 hour away . Bed was old and lumpy. Outlet sparked my daughter. Was told no changing rooms and refund would take 1 week. I spent $248.00 plus $100 deposit.

Bad nights stay

The lady checking me in who I'm pretty sure is the owner insinuated heavily after both of my cars were denied that I did not have money in my bank accounts, when in reality it was her system that was down, I had to go search down an Atm in a small town and give her $100 cash, she assured me she would give me back the next day if I called the number on the room key, I called her at 5:00 am in the morning it rang 15 times I did not get my $100 back, and the AC broke down in the middle of the night, slept miserably, I've had previously bad experiences at this Motel I don't know why I thought this time it would be different

The property was small and personal. The owner was very nice and it does have a beautiful yet slightly obstructed view of the ocean. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway.

The light to the vanity area is motion censored so whenever you moved in front of the vanity, the light would kick on, and it was bright and you would have to manually get up to turn it off.

A terrible stay. Never again.

Motion sensor indoor light was terrible. When I was sleeping any movement set it off. It woke me up all through the night six times. I had to get up and turn the light off each time. It was absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced that before at a motel. Management said they would reset the timing on it so it wouldn’t wake me up during the night. It didn’t work. Also, the remote for the TV did not work very well. Also, the bath towels were old and had stains on them. Disgusting.

Rudest employee I've ever encountered

Nothing was likable

The lady at the front was extremely rude and yelled at myself and the 2 people prior that were trying to check in. In the end because my 18 year old child didn't have id she refused ro check us into a room that had already been paid for. Worst experience at a hotel to date and we travel with our son for basketball so we have been to a good number of hotels.

location. beach directly across the street! 😍restaurants and pier some local shops all at walking distance ✅

no ocean view at all!! broken shower head. no tub plug. had to stuff a small towel in drain to take bath. broken table top. very loose and wobbly 😡 little things mean a lot! it's the small things that could've made it a good experience and good stay. woke up to a nail in my tire as well 😑😡 don't know how that happened?? got right off the freeway from Vegas and straight there??? 🤨🤔 would stay again though. just have to check those little things first or change rooms.

Hostess was pretty rude. Very inhospitable. broken fridge , leaking heater/ac. Loud people on both sides of me for 3 nights that I booked. Only 3 or 4 people in whole building and they are up all night around me. This place is trash . Booking .Com needs to take them off the offering. It's mis rated, over-rated! I feel booking owes me something back for such a bad experience. Then they're doing Road construction all night the last night too. Wow 👌 amazed

Adequate for the price, no thrills.

The price for the location is very good; parking was good, and the location safe. The room is clean and comfortable and overall it was a satisfied experience.

When I arrived around 7PM it was cold cloudy day near ocean and the property was pitched dark without any lights. First it appeared like the place is out of business. Met an Indian woman who appears to be the owner/manager. She was very "combative" and stress out/short tempered. Relax or get a CSR. When I got to my room, the property was well lid. Maybe the light timer was off that day. The impression from Booking.com & the place's name, I thought there's an Ocean View. Not true. Surrounded by residences and bldgs. Also the place required a $100 deposit. No morning check out person presence, drop off room card.

I won’t chose them again

The room was dirty. The towels were stained and had black stuff on them. The wash cloths looked like someone wiped their beard trimmings in it. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them as well. The heater made a real loud noise as if it was going to break.
