The privacy, space, felt homey. The fenced off yard was wonderful.
The bed in the family room was very uncomfortable for my husband and I.

Repairs are needed The step into the kitchen is a trip hazard - one person in our group tripped on it and cut his finger on a drawer. The appliances need to be replaced. The stove works but is old and does not keep proper temperature
One bedroom upstairs has no door. The basement has that musty basement smell. Three beds in basement.
Light switches are in odd places.
Washer and dryer are the only new things in the place
The barbecue is also a newer one - works great.

We loved the location. The backyard was amazing for our kids. Lots of room in the house.
