We were on 1st floor, view of Marina was so so from our room/ balcony. 2nd floor people had kids jumping off the beds, running back and forth, we could hear and feel it all. Had to call and ask them to talk with the 2nd floor people, they were rude and made more noise. We will only come back if there is a 2nd floor room.

The staff are nice, but this place is not worth the money. They “upgraded” us to a room in their brand new building, but the room is janky. Toilet seat simultaneously doesn’t want to stay up or go down all the way. There’s something up with the electrical as the emergency light that is supposed to come on during a power loss flashes whenever the refrigerator or AC clocks on or off. Turning the l bathroom fan on or off sometime causes the closet light to turn on. Speak if the closet, the room isn’t level so the safe door wants to swing open which makes it hard to keep the closet closed. They charge $7 for the bigger water bottles on the night stand & $4 for the small water bottles by the coffee maker. Internet is only free for one device for 1 day. The location is pretty, but you’re in the middle of nowhere. Other than the hotel restaurant & the place on the pier, the closest shops and restaurants are a 25 minute walk away. Anyway, this place isn’t terrible and the staff are nice but don’t expect too much.
