Apartment Azzurro with SEA VIEW, has an independent entrance and is provided with 2 covered parking spaces, included in the price, is located on the first floor of Villa Lara in Porto Azzurro the house enjoys sun and light throughout the day, is located at 12 km from Capoliveri and 12 km from Portoferraio where the ferry arrives from Piombino and 6 km from the golf courses of Acquabona or the Golf Club Biodola. Immersed in the green, it enjoys an immense tranquility while being only a few minutes from the center, in fact, it is situated on the hills that insist on the Gulf of Porto Azzurro, a guarantee of no humidity, no dust and coolness of the hill. It consists of 2 double bedrooms plus 1 double in the living area, where the sofa easily becomes a double bed and privacy is ensured by a blue blackout curtain. The property has 2 complete bathrooms with shower, toilet, window and a new washing machine. Large porch of 41sqm for breakfasts and dinners of great relaxation is, equipped with a sliding door to block the descent to the stairs, essential for small children. Dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, pots, even non-stick and placemats provided Ma La part of the lion makes the portico large and deep, with sea view and the well-kept and flowered garden below. The portico lends itself to delicious dinners and breakfasts, or, still, read in absolute relaxation. The apartment is also very bright, welcoming and well furnished. The apartment is part of a mini complex of 4 residences, in a sunny but cool position being above a hill from which, you can go down in the center of Porto Azzurro in 10 minutes through a picturesque and scenic pedestrian only street, instead, with the car in as many minutes you go along the provincial road. In the village you will find supermarkets, greengrocers, pharmacies, ATMs and medical guards, bars and restaurants among the best on the island. The typical noises of the house are: the song of crickets by night and by day that of birds and turtledoves ... in the distance some rooster. From home leave many paths to do on foot or by bike in complete safety. At home you will find the book of trails, as well as the book to find, discover and how to reach the beautiful beaches and baiette of the island.

Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sie hat eine angenehme Größe (wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind, aber auch vier Erwachsene würden sich rundum wohl fühlen). Die Terrasse ist schön groß und hat - über ein paar Bäume hinweg - einen kleinen Ausschnitt Meerblick. In der Wohnung selbst gibt es eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine. Eines der beiden enthaltenen Bäder liegt unten, dort wo die Autos parken. Man muss aber nur eine Treppe herunter gehen, um dieses zu erreichen. Zwei Bäder waren nach dem Strand schon sehr praktisch.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig oberhalb von Porto Azzurro auf einem Berg, man kann den Ort aber fußläufig erreichen.
Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

L‘appartamento e‘ in una bella posizione rialzata sul mare con un bel panorama e molto verde tutto intorno. Purtroppo e‘ sul versante della collina interno cosi‘ non gode di molta brezza ed e‘ molto caldo visto che sta all‘ultimo piano. L‘arredamento e‘ curato e con molti particolari anche se non tutto e‘ molto funzionale per una vacanza. La terrazza e‘ accogliente e ben ammobiliata. Il parcheggio e‘ coperto e direttamente sulla proprietà‘. La strada per raggiungere la proprieta‘ e‘ molto stretta e ripida, ma si raggiunge Porto Azzurro velocemente. Nella nostra descrizione gli asciugamani erano inclusi, ma non sono stati forniti. La proprietaria ci ha detto che dovevamo fare una richiesta extra e pagare un supplemento. Informatevi quindi in anticipo. Non c‘e‘ connessione Internet. Positiva e‘ la lavatrice che e‘ stata molto utile. La pulizia non era molto buona, ma accettabile.

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. Leider ist die Küche und das Badezimmer nicht gut gepflegt - z.B. die Waschmaschinenschublade war voller Schimmel! Der Wasserkocher in der Küche war total verkalkt und defekt...
Leider gibt es kein WIFI, wie es in der Ausschreibung stand!
Die Vermieterin war "unsichtbar". Schade. Sonst war es prima.
