We were extremely happy with the facilities but most of all with Jalicia, one of the report managers. She was absolutely a delight to talk to and she made things happen in order to help us out with a couple of inconveniences that happened upon our arrival. All and all i would definitely recommend this resort and definitely coming back in a couple of months again... BTW, the location is just perfect and the beach was amazing đ..

We stayed at B Ocean Resort for a few nights before our cruise departed.
The location is genuinely one of its strengths â oceanfront, with Las Olas and the marina both a short 10-minute walk away. Unfortunately, thatâs where the positives end.
The building itself feels dated. While the common areas have seen some renovation, others â like the pool in Building 1 â have clearly been left behind.
The music in the lobby was loud most of the time we barely could hear each other, ans some areas were freezing cold from the AC.
Our first room had a clogged sink. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us without any fuss. Our second room, in Building 2, was more tucked away but came with its own problem: paper-thin walls. We could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms and the corridor throughout the night. On top of that, both the AC and the fridge were so loud we had to switch them off to get any sleep.
Parking is limited â valet at $57 plus tax was essentially the only secure and reasonably convenient option. The service itself was fast and professional.
Given the price point, I canât recommend this hotel. Youâre paying for the location, but the aging infrastructure and noise issues make it hard to justify.

Although we had booked three New Yearâs days, it was so cold that we could not use either the beach or the pool â of course you pay the resort fee regardless of everything.
The room was dirty, and the toilet had not even been flushed after the previous guests. There were no towels, which we received after contacting reception â a minor mistake. In the evening the âshootingâ started; of course it was not real shooting, but the doors in the corridor leading to the open balconies of other rooms on the sixth floor had no dampers. The heavy metal and glass doors slammed with every opening and closing so hard that all the walls and the entire floor were shaking. I informed reception and in three days they managed to throw a towel over the door, which helped a little but was far from a proper solution.
On the first day, when the sheets and bed linen came a bit loose, I noticed they were heavily soiled and worn out. They did replace them, but it was not much better. In general, the hotel is very busy and resembles more a railway or metro station, with a reception, Starbucks and a pool bar all in one. I stayed in room 1601 in the main building, which in my opinion is the worst location.

You stay here for the ocean access, which is great and right asking Seabreeze drive with walking capability to restaurants...the hotel itself is clean and fine stay, for some reason our AC was loud all night and staff seemed young and more geared to motel
