Guests below us came upstairs to tell us to stop walking to and from the bathroom. I guess the lower levels need some insulation.

The room we were in was a little dated and could use some updates, but the check-in building was lovely and with wonderful touches and decorations. The location was great and we could walk to restaurants and shopping. Everyone was very friendly and we would definitely stay again!

The lobby was great - 24 hour coffee and tea, cookies, friendly staff. Check in was easy and the staff were very communicative. The pool looked incredible!
The bed was so uncomfortable and the lighting was abysmal in the room. Heretofore, I've only had great experiences sleeping here, but this was just not comfortable.
