Townhouse facing the Mediterranean sea in Altafulla, Costa Dorada.
Beautiful house with all the comforts and exceptional views. 2 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen. Private garden facing the sea with hammocks and all services. 2 complete terraces with wonderful views. Private garage Attic with sofa and private terrace with outdoor shower.
The sea is seen from all rooms. Ideal place to go on vacation with beautiful golden sand beach and crystal clear waters. Exclusive place without noise or crowds with supermarkets and restaurants nearby

Central heating, Ceiling fan in the living room. Fully furnished and equipped for 4 people. Television, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue. Garden furniture.
The house is located in a privileged place in the Munts de Altafulla a few meters from the Cala Canyadell or Cala Capellans, also very close to 2 minutes from the large beach of Altafulla.
In front of the house you can only see the sea from all the rooms and behind it there is a small group of low houses and Mediterranean forest with ancient olive trees. There is also a very beautiful and well preserved Roman villa to visit.

Very nice little house just in front of the sea. Although the garden is very small, the view is magnificent! Waking up and having breakfast with this view is unforgettable! Another plus is the situation, just 2 min walking from a nice beach.
The house is clean and well kept. We were just 2 persons, but there are 2 bedrooms, so room for 4. The bed in the master bedroom is small, not more than 1,40. That was a bit tight, but we managed, so for people that are bigger, it might be a problem.
During our stay we noticed the coffee maker was broken ( probably from the previous guests); we told to the owner and next day we had a new one. Thank you so much Mrs Josephina for arranging this so quickly. When we used the dishwasher for the first time, there was a power outage. We informed the owner and she sent an electrician the next day. The dishwasher was broken during our stay ( or probably before) but the owner said a new one will be bought after our leave. It did not bother us too much, as we mostly had breakfast in the house.
The only small problem, i found it is a bit annoying to communicate with the cleaning lady ( she does the check in; check out also) but she speaks only Spanish. So if you do not speak Spanish, it is very difficult to understand each other. We speak English, French, Italian and Romanian. Unfortunately we do not speak Spanish.
We communicated with Mrs Josefina ( the owner ) in French and in the end there were no problems.
Thank you again Mrs Josefina for allowing us staying in your beautiful house.

The location is fabulous with breathtaking views of the sea from each of the three floors. With its location right on the sea we expected some sort of breeze to flow through the rooms with the doors and windows open. Yet during our stay, the master bedroom (with both sliders open) was considerably warmer than all the rest of the rooms. I would highly recommend some sort of fan to help circulate the air in this part of the house. Additionally, the house had a significant amount of ants all throughout. On our first morning of breakfast on the patio, after we hosed off the army of ants on the table and chairs, we couldn’t finish our breakfast before the ants returned to hijack our food.
