Cookies at reception desk. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety of food to choose from.
Staff was helpful.
Map of room location and how to get there was confusing.
Phone was broken and had to call the front desk from my cell phone to get it replaced.
Worst of all, bed was so uncomfortable that I ended up with a sore back.
