The location was great and the room was very clean. It was very nice to have a kitchen with a full sized fridge. Parking was simple and close, and it was an easy heating/cooling system.

I didn't like dealing with an AI agent, and the bed/pillows were just ok, not super.

The room was clean, had everything we needed, the location was good, the pool, hot tub and gym were very nice added bonuses.

The cable machine in the gym was out of order; the fact that we couldn't bring our bikes into the room was a concern but not a deal breaker.

Large space. Plenty of room.

Cost - cleaning fees that are not listed in the main amount. More cost than to rent. By the time I realized it was too late - all I was looking for was a place for myself and my daughters to sleep and then leave at 5 a.m. in the morning. They charged me immediately instead of what I understood to be a later fee. I hate dealing with A.I. for all information whether by phone or text. I want to deal with real people who can solve problems, not just say "unfortunately,....(explanation)". Really nice place otherwise, but would only ever rent it again for a long-term rental.

No breakfast

The condo is a little tired, the blinds are in terrible shape whoever cleans does not do a very good job. There was something dripping down on the cabinets and several dishes were dirty. The pillows need replacing.
