    Not Worth the Price — Won’t Return Advertised as a spa with glossy website photos, but in reality, it’s a smoke-infused, dingy hotel — the only charm is the friendly, responsive staff. My room reeked of chemical air freshener, and the floor was dirty — my socks stuck to it. I also found two damp face towels draped over the shower curtain rod that weren’t mine. Hallway carpet felt worn, and while the room had updates, it lacked basics: no bathroom counter space, no full-length mirror, a bottle opener and toiletries (cotton swabs, cotton balls, etc) The sun deck was a small highlight, though chairs were uncomfortable and the towels were thin. I appreciated my top-floor corner room request being honored, but the walls were thin, and smoke odors lingered throughout the hotel. My sister’s room on a lower floor had the same issue with smoking guests. Won’t be back.

    If you have small kids and just want the pool and a lot of noise and nothing is cleaned. Rude counter staff that makes you feel you inconvenience them, then this is the place to stay. Only thing ideal is location. I would never stay at this hotel in the future. Spa never opened. Pool allows outside guests so it's over capacity at all times. Hotel charges $20 for outside guests. Floors are nasty covered in dropped food, napkins, melted ice cream etc. Best of luck to this hotel
