The place was clean and quiet
Couldn't use the grills because of the state they were in,also the hot tub was not working

We liked the location. The pool was very nice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were big and easily accommodated our family.
The grounds could have been cleaner. The little stream running around the property was nasty. The mini golf needed repair . Much of the wood on bridges was rotted. Stone pavers on pathways and in recreation room were loose or broken.

Being close to Daytona Beach but not staying in Daytona Beach.
Ant's everywhere in our room sofa was peeling so bad we had to keep sweeping my family had a total of 5 villas and all was dated Hot water was basically Luke warm water
