The condo inside did have everything we needed.
The outside entrance as well as the patio were very unwelcoming, uninviting, and dirty. This has nothing to do with the construction going on in the neighboring complex.

The location is exceptional. Nestled right along the Elk River, the property offers beautiful riverside walks, expansive green spaces, and stunning mountain views all around. It's peaceful yet incredibly convenient - there's a Circle K and a great restaurant just a short walk away, while downtown Fernie, grocery stores, cafés, hiking trails, and other attractions are all within a 10-minute drive. It truly offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and accessibility, making it an ideal base for exploring Fernie.
The only minor drawback was that there was a fan in the living room but not in the bedroom. During our stay, opening the windows provided plenty of fresh air and a nice breeze, so it wasn't an issue. However, on warmer, sunny days, the bedroom could get a bit warm, and having a fan there would make the stay even more comfortable.

It was all that we needed for a two night stay. We really just needed a place to sleep. It was clean and spacious for 2 people and we liked the fact that we could sit outside in the evening as it was very hot inside.
It was very hot in the room even though they had fans. The bed was a double and not that comfortable.

Location was great, close to River, convenience store and restaurant and just out of Fernie
Blinds didn’t work, warped and need replacing in bedroom and living room windows. Old furniture in living room, could be updated no AC.
