Charlottetown House

Our hosts Johnson and Haili were outstanding and thoughtful. They greeted us and gave us early access to our room and our parking space at noon. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. We were very pleasantly surprised by the extra amenities on offer, snacks and coffeemaker and cold drinks from the guest fridge. We were not expecting the variety of breakfast options available from 8 am - croissants, buns, cold cuts, eggs, cheese and jams - all excellent! Our hosts also appeared as we were leaving for the theatre to give us umbrellas as a thunderstorm was about to break - very thoughtful!

Really there was not anything we thought could be improved.

Wonderful experience at Charlottetown House. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and accommodation was quiet and in a good location. Plenty of parking was available and we were provided information on local restaurants and activities by Johnson and Haili, who were warm and friendly. Johnson and Haili also accommodated an early check in for us, which was appreciated. Breakfast isn’t provided, but there were plenty of snacks and other cold breakfast items available by 8am in the morning including hard boiled eggs, juice, yogurt, coffee, deli meat, fruit and croissants, and we were completely satisfied with that. Thank you for the stay. We were very pleased and hope to return for our next stay in NOTL.

I only wish the morning snacks were out a little bit earlier as we are early risers, and that milk is provided as an option for the coffee. Walking distance was fine for us to the downtown streets, but could be a little far for someone needing physical accommodations (although there is free parking on some side streets downtown). Overall was a great location for our needs.
