Great two days spent away from madness
A nice and calm staying, with great pool and breakfast.
The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are simple furnished. But for out scope it was ok.

Nice, BUT...
Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and we appreciated the airco during the heatwave. The hotel is well maintained and decorated with love and a great eye for detail. Also the restaurant was exceptional.
We chose this hotel as we read online that kids aren't allowed in the spa area and to get some peace and quiet away from the busy lake sides. Yet during our stay the spa area was occupied by a hoard of screaming and splashing kids with their floaties. The kids were running around, jumping into the pool from the sides, they were playing around in the jaccuzis and hot tubs. Some of them could not even swim. It would be great to have clear(er) communication whether the info online is outdated and kids are now allowed; or signs for parents plus actual implementation of the regulations. Also the chemicals in the pool are unusually strong - just a couple hours at the pool completely discoloured my bathing suit (from dark green to light grey) and some jewelry that I've never had any issues with in pools.

I’d stay there again
The pool was lovely, the location, surrounded by amazing mountains and close the lake. The bike path is fantastic for a ride even if you don’t do the whole loop.
The bedroom was small but that seems to be the norm.

Great value, clean rooms, hospitable staff.
My room was very clean and I had a nice view of the mountain. There is a billiards table in the basement, which was very fun. The restaurant makes great food.
I didn't have any issues. Overall my experience was very pleasant.

A perfect place to stay near Lake Annecy
Perfect location. Quiet area yet close enough to busy area in Annecy if needed. Restaurant/ bar on site.
Kettle in room would be a bonus
