The ice machine is outside the inn.

Refused my booking, refused me another room said they were full, charged me anyway.

Nothing to like. Well, the desk staff were curt, so it made it a little easier to walk away.

Showed up on time with party of 3, they turned us away, said no record of our booking. 5 hours later managed a room somewhere else. However Skyway still charged my card for the room they gave to somebody else. Months now still no refund from Skyway or Booking. Have you considered a different site?

Ideal 1 stop for airport

Used the shuttle via the free phone system at the airport...also on check out day they stored our luggage till 4.30pm so we could visit the museum of flight. It's 5mins walk from ihop and 7/11 for supplies.

Location was great. Right near the light rail. 24 hour reception and courtesy bus to and from airport. Beds were extremely comfortable and great value for money Staff were friendly and helpful. Our group stayed over a number of days in a 5 week period

Bad customer service

Check in was fine, check out was the worst. Hispanic lady at the desk refused to give me a receipt to turn in for travel reimbursement. Yelled at me and my 12yr old kid. Couldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This was a good, cheap hotel near the Airport. The staff were helpful, the transport links to Seattle are great and there was free parking for our hire car. And 3 double beds.

Great affordable place to stay!

The room was good for the price. It was clean and comfortable. We had no issues and it was nice that they supplied us with food delivery options from nearby shops and some were even walking distance. We also loved that they had a free shuttle from the Inn to the Westfield Mall and they also had a prepaid shuttle service if you were going for a cruise.

We really didn't have any complaints.

This is a basic budget hotel but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The vanity was redone but the fixtures were older. The entire place needs to be remodeled.

SO SICK!

The only thing is close to the airport, nothing else.

The room is full of dead rat smell. From 7 to 11 in the morning, there are three housekeepers, three times, unlocking my door even without knock, I feel like fall into a uncultivated world, so sick.

For my one-night stay (due to a flight cancellation), this property met my needs.

Proximity to airport with free shuttle services

The doors opened onto the parking area which was a bit noisy at times. Also, the location was adjacent to a major roadway which was being repaved during nighttime hours which also contributed to the noise level. I realize this was no fault of the property.

Good location for a quick overnight near SeaTac airport. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Several places to eat within walking distance.

The facility is in need of some updating. I got the feeling they did more business providing parking than guest stays. Shuttle service was available - despite the phone service at the airport being 'out of order'
