I liked that they changed me to a room with a bath tub when i asked the next day.

I didn't like the first night when the lady told me that they couldn't switch me rooms for a room with a bath and then the couch bed in room wouldn't stay down so my kids had to sleep in the bed with us. Then the lady didn't tell me i had to go first thing next morning to see if they'd switch us rooms so i went after i got everyone up and ready and my husband off to work and the manager was kinda rude and was like you should have came first thing this morning i said i wasn't told to come first thing in the morning mind you it was like 1pm when i was talking to manager to switch rooms. anyways i got into a different room right away with a tub to bathe my children and was more satisfied with the room but Housekeeping needs to do better there not checking and cleaning like they need to be. cabinet had condom boxes in it and couch bed had twinkie wrappers and crumbs so you could tell the matress pad cover wasnt changed we had NO sheet for the couch beds in either room. and there was fake nails on the sticks and a drimmel left in the couch bed. I am not very happy cause that just goes to show they are NOT CLEAN at all i sure hope the one manager that was very sweet and cared Christina i sure hope she can make a BIG diffeence cause she cares and she wasn't happy when i went and told her everything. I would go back if i watch someone clean the room i stay in and if it has a tub for my children and if our needs were going to be met with kidness and not such rudeness Christina is the only one who was Nice to us at all until we were leaving then Shelly (another manager) was nice to us.
