Great location, travelled for a conference, fantastic facilities including a gym, bar and food options nearby.
Large bill for wifi use and water which I've never had to pay for at other hotels unfortunately.

The first thing that comes to mind was the friendliness of the staff-from the doormen to the front desk. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The bed and room were comfortable and clean. Nice and cool to come back to on hot days.
The shower head was the only thing that we struggled with-from extremely hot to cold. When we turned it down to cooler, the pressure was less. Everything else was fabulous!

I liked the bar and restaurant. Food was amazing and drinks were great.
No ice machines. To have to order a bucket of ice everytime you wanted ice was not convenient. Didnt deliver ice in a timely manner.
