Very good

Me and my brother needed to get a room for the night so Iris studios was the last minute choice. Nice, cold, clean and comfortable room, the property is on a great location. I haven’t expected it to be that modern. I’m sure next time in Umag we are coming back.

Мы проживали в студии с террасой на первом этаже в течение 11 ночей. В студии имеется всё необходимое кухонное оборудование. Собственная парковка была прямо перед зданием. В здании достаточно чисто. Расстояние до городского пляжа всего 600 метров, из них 500 метров проходят в тенистой сосновой роще. Ближайший продуктовый магазин Konzum находится на расстоянии 400 метров, а винотека Benčić с замечательными разливными винами на расстоянии 600 метров. В номере есть телевизор со спутниковыми каналами. При заселении нам показали, как этим пользоваться. Однако, для нас важнее наличие WiFi подключения к интернету. Скорость канала интернет подключения не высокая, но для просмотра YouTube достаточно и Google Nest тоже в целом работал. В некоторое время года на побережье Истрии может быть много комаров и мошкары. Но нам повезло и во время нашего проживания не было ни комаров, ни мошкары. Тем не менее, мы советуем всем, кто планирует посетить Умаг, иметь с собой репелленты, средства от укусов мошкары или противоалергенные препараты. Это временное природное явление и к этому нужно относиться с пониманием )) В целом проживание в Iris Studios нам понравилось, а время отпуска пролетело очень быстро. Если получится, мы выберем эту студию и в следующем году.

Вот что нам не очень понравилось в объекте размещения, имеющем 4 звезды **** 1. В первый раз в нашей студии сделали уборку и поменяли постельное белье и полотенца через 3 ночи после заселения. Однако в последующие 8 ночей у нас не убирали, а полотенца и постельное белье не меняли. 2. Отсутствует общедоступная стиральная машина для гостей. У гостей, живущих в студиях более 5 дней уже возникает необходимость стирать свою одежду.

Semplice, carino, efficace

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in un monolocale al piano terra. Semplice ma con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno di un paio di giorni. Pulizia impeccabile, letto molto comodo, parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura, a pochi minuti di auto dal centro e dal mare. Risposta rapidissima. Check in e consegna chiavi facili e veloci. Late check-in.

Ha molte caratteristiche positive, noi vi abbiamo soggiornato una domenica sera di inizio giugno ed era molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Forse quando c’é più gente opterei per il piano superiore, perché la porta finestra affaccia proprio sul patio coi tavoli e le sedie. Il prezzo (87euro il 1 giugno) un po‘ caro rispetto alle dimensioni e caratteristiche del monolocale, ma noi ci abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte, decisa all’ultimo momento e il check-in alle 23:00 é stato, perciô,provvidenziale. E quindi bene cosí.
