everything was working great, staff was helpful

no complaints on my end, it’s not the Ritz Carlton but everything is described accurately so you’re not expecting a mint on your pillow

We enjoyed our stay in the Madawaska Lodge very very much. It's an extraordinary place in the Algonquin forests, surrounded by gorgious nature (lakes, woods), and just a half hour drive from the Algonquin Provincial Park with all its hiking trails, lakes, etc. The lodge itself is fabulous - nice and spacious rooms, very good facilities, a great common area where you can sit, eat and drink, or enjoy all kinds of entertainment (pool billiard, darts, karaoke, ...). Of course you'll also get great dinner, your morning coffee or tea, and - thanks to the really amazing host Mike - absolutely everything else you might need.

Abolutely nothing!

My friends and I had a fantastic week at Madawaska Lodge. The highlights of the stay for us included the exceptional service provided by Mike the owner (who took time to show us around and make us feel comfortable), the trails and local lake which is accessible from Madawaska Lodge, and the proximity to Algonquin Provincial Park. Our lodge was also spacious and the kitchen had everything you could need in it. Space continued in the communal living area where you could play pool, watch movies etc. - great fun!

There was no wifi in the lodge we were staying in, but there was wifi in the communal spaces.

clean and good location. close to atv trails. lake is beautiful.

disappointed with the food. limited selection and sometimes was poorly cooked. mike did his best but I suggest hiring a chef or a cook.
