    The staff was professional from the vslet to the houskeeper. Very friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and updated. I highly recommend The bar and restaurant downstairs. Food was amazing and drinks made perfectly balanced. Location is very centralized dowtown and easy walk to many great restaurants. Ill definitely come back.

Mohammed at the front desk was particularly helpful and accommodating. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made me feel welcome and valued.     I paid through agoda and then they ran my credit card and charged me again at a higher rate. Got that credited back but I won’t see my money for several days they said. Pretty unfriendly & unhelpful group at the front desk. I paid for a package that included a late (2pm) checkout so I could sleep in after a late night and house keeping still banged on my door at 11am. Then my room key card was deactivated at 11am so I couldn’t use the elevator. Had to get the key cards reactivated. They’re not even aware of their own packages that they sell. What the heck? Stayed one night that was full of tiny annoyances. The valets and bellhops were great and friendly. Don’t think I’ll stay there again.
