Super spacious, clean and well equipped. Plus the location was excellent and very central for lots of activities

Nice n good location..

Not enough parking space where our unit was so have to park away from our bldg

We liked the spacious unit, which was newly renovated and very stylish and comfortable. The free-standing bathtub in the parent's master was a favorite.

The hotel first put us in an old unit, which wasn't renovated, which was really old and stale. Luckily they were able to move us the second night, but if you get an old unit, it will really ruin your whole Hawaii experience, so make sure to ask.

The location, the apartment, the pool—everything was excellent. We were very happy with our stay there

This was a beautiful property!

Didn't go for breakfast. Location of resort was great. Condo was a great size, beds were comfy, kitchen was well supplied.

Expensive and you wouldn't price match the same condo we found on Air BnB. There was a $2100 difference, that's huge and unacceptable really. Next time I will research the prices more carefully.

I believe I can't name just one thing, it is a beaitiful place, with so many trees, We specially love the quiet afternoons walks to the pool, and all our suite

furnishings in room were "tired". furniture was worn appearing and commercial-not cozy. We moved the couch closer to the coffee table and TV to make a comfotable sitting area for 4, and there was a large pile of dried vomit on the floor underneath the couch-We cleaned it up ourselves becuase we did not want to wait for managment/housekeeping and tried to forget about it.

Review written 11/4/22 while I was still at the property: I am currently staying at the Wyndham in Kona HI and can’t believe the horrible state of the rooms here.  We arrived on Sunday for an 8 night stay to celebrate my dad’s birthday and was surprised to see the poor quality of our room. The shower is disgusting and looks like it needs to be bleached or completely redone. The sofa, chairs and carpet have stains. Last night my dad accidentally locked his bathroom (it’s a button you can accident press). We called the front desk and was informed they couldn’t get anyone to come out so we would have to share a bathroom until the morning??!! My father has  a lower limb amputation and several medical conditions and needed access to his meds in the bathroom. Thankfully the security guard found a tool that my husband was able to use to unlock the door. Despite all of this we decided to tough it out for the next few days but tonight was the last straw. I just opened the draw in the bathroom where I have my toiletries and a roach ran out!!!! Beyond unacceptable. I cannot believe that this place is under the Wyndham brand.

Good central location

A bit outdated and salesperson rather pushy regarding timeshare purchase. Sounded as if lots of deals and discounts were tied to purchase of timeshare. Had to request receipt of payment day after check-in.
